Pregnancy, Birth, & Postpartum Consultation Services - $75 / hour
There is SO much to look into when you’re preparing to get pregnant and have your baby - it can be very overwhelming, especially for new parents. Let me help you sort through all that’s out there so that you can make informed decisions that are best for your family.

‘Full Service’ Doula Package - $900
Great option for first time moms or moms who feel they may need the extra support after challenging previous births.
2 prenatal visits
First visit will go over how I will support you/your partner during the birth process, comfort measures, relaxation techniques, and discuss questions you have about pregnancy/birth/postpartum/breastfeeding/etc.
Second visit will take place once you have taken your childbirth education course and will be used to discuss specific birth/newborn/postpartum goals, process fears, questions, etc.
Prenatal support via phone/text/email
Evidence-based information to help you feel prepared
On call 2 weeks before your estimated due date until baby arrives
Continuous labor and birth support, beginning at your home if desired
Post-birth support for 2 hours
1 postpartum visit to help with breastfeeding if needed, help process the birth, discuss mental health, answer questions, connect you with local resources, etc.
Postpartum and breastfeeding support via phone/text/email for up to 2 weeks after birth
‘Labor Only’ Doula Package - $550
Great option for moms who have given birth before and feel having an extra pair of hands during labor/delivery would be beneficial.
1 prenatal meeting to discuss birth goals/wishes and to get to know one another
Evidence-based information to help you feel prepared
On call 2 weeks before your estimated due date until baby arrives
Continuous labor and birth support, beginning at your home if desired
Initial breastfeeding support if needed
1 postpartum phone call to discuss your birth, questions, mental health, answer questions, connect you with local resources, etc.
